BSDE signed a MOU with Court Asia Ltd

BSDE: Bumi Serpong (BSDE) signed a MOU with Court Asia Ltd, following its plan to open 2 BIG-BOX stores in Bekasi and BSD City. Court Asia will lease retail areas (around 32k sqm to 36k sqm for 2 stores) from BSDE for 28-30 year period. Last week, the company launched 362 units apartment in BSD City (Casa De Parco) and booked additional marketing sales of Rp210bn. End of August, BSDE will launch a housing cluster, aiming to book marketing sales of around Rp500bn. On Separate news, BSDE will develop a new mixed-used development project on 150ha area in Samarinda (East Kalimantan), starting in 2014. Currently, BSDE hold 65% stake of this project.
