Charoen Pokphand (CPIN) will expand its business to beverages in 2014

CPIN: Charoen Pokphand (CPIN) will expand its business to beverages in 2014. The beverages product will be distribute using the current distribution agents which are more than 2,500 agents. In 1H13, the poultry feed contribute 71.26% to the revenue while food products only 8.87%. The next year capex allocation will be Rp2tn to increase its production capacity. CPIN will build poultry feed factory in Bali and Padang with the value of US$20mn/ factory. (Kontan)
