Semen Indonesia (SMGR) [16,100 -200 (-1,2%)] and Krakatau Steel (KRAS) [500 0 (+0,0%)] established a joint venture to produce slag powder

SMGR: Semen Indonesia (SMGR) [16,100 -200 (-1,2%)] and Krakatau Steel (KRAS) [500 0 (+0,0%)] established a joint venture to produce slag powder. SMGR [16,100 -200 (-1,2%)] will process the waste material from KRAS [500 0 (+0,0%)], granulated slag to slag powder (GGBFS/ Granulated blast furnace slag).  Slag is waste material sources from metal smelting but very useful for cement producer as additive. 

Currently, SMGR [16,100 -200 (-1,2%)] and KRAS [500 0 (+0,0%)] are preparing the blue print of the joint venture, including the right and obligation of each entity. (Investor Daily)
