BUMI: Bakrie Group delayed its payment for Bumi Resources (BUMI) [660 0 (+0,0%)] acquisition to 26 June 2013. The Head of Terms Agreement of BUMI [660 0 (+0,0%)] and Bakrie separation has signed on 12 February 2013. According to the term, Bakrie Group should pay US$50mn deposit and another US$278mn of cash payment for 29.2% BUMI [660 0 (+0,0%)] stake. Currently, BUMI [660 0 (+0,0%)] is reviewing phantom expenses of US$203mn on BRAU [197 -3 (-1,5%)] in FY11 and FY12. (Bisnis Indonesia)
