AKRA: Asahi, Nippon and ANTM to buy land from AKRA
Asahi Group, Nippon Steel and ANTM are interested in buying industrial land from AKRA. The selling price of the JIIPE (AKRA owned industrial estate in Gresik) stands at Rp1.4mn/sqm (USD150/sqm). Currently, AKRA has 2,150 ha of land and in the first phase of its project, AKRA intends to sell 1,000 ha of land. Source: Investor Daily
