As of June 2014, BKSL posted marketing sales amounting to Rp900bn. The amount is up +18% YoY compared to the same period last year that achieved Rp762bn. To date, the company has achieved about 36% -40% of the total target for this year which amounts to Rp2.5tr. Most of the pre-sales or about 65% of sales are derived from residential projects, such as the sale of new clusters, including: Mountain Village , Santorini Residence and Rousseau Residence.
